How do I place an order on your website?

Select the products you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to the Checkout page. You will then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Carefully review your order before submitting for processing. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

What are the measurements?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. The currency for our online store is US Dollars. Of course we do NOT store any of your credit card information on our website. All transactions are processed by Stripe or Paypal, both are fully PCI compliant.

How long does shipping take?

United States

Please note:  The listed times are estimated. Packages may take longer due to the process of clearing customs.

  

Processing time after placing an order

For all orders except Next Day, please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details once your package has shipped. Estimated processing times do not apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons, and be aware of any delays due to customs and the carrier service that may impact delivery times. Please note: shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. Bellaposh LLC  reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Is the makeup included?

No, the makeup is not included. Any makeup we show is only for display purposes

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped out. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, if your country is not listed. Please e-mail us to info@bellaposhorganizers.com

Where does my shipment come from?

We will ship your order from Dallas, Texas. We use UPS or USPS for all orders. The standard shipping time is from 3 to 7 business days. We do not ship out orders on weekends.

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24 hours (Not weekends). Please note that this timeframe may be extended during holidays.

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes? 

All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Bellaposh   Organizers LLC

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. 

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.

 How do I care for and clean my BELLAPOSH products?

Please clean your BellaPosh Organizers by dusting with a soft cloth . DO NOT use any common household cleaners or any ammonia-based products, doing so can damage the acrylic. DO NOT use windex.
